Refund policy

At My HomeEase, we prioritise the safety and satisfaction of our customers. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened or used.

Eligibility for Returns:

• You may return any unopened and unused product within 7 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with is not eligible for return or refund due to health and hygiene concerns.

Return Process:

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@myhomeease.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item(s).

Refunds:

• Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
